This info tells us, there’s been a little bit more buying leverage this last month. An increase in how long homes sit on market, and roughly $10k under the median sales price on offers. The biggest factor in that is new supply and schools in the area. The heritage schools (homes in this district) continue to outperform the others. However, Wake Forest has a tremendous amount of private, catholic, charter, stem schools- and much more!
Wake Forest has a wonderful charm, that’s brightened by its residents and a fantastic community calendar of events. Downtown continues to become more eclectic and the parks and nature trails are plentiful. Most people can get more house and land for the money here, compared to its biggest competitor towns (Cary and apex).
